A Managed Service Provider (MSP) is basically a wholesale IT department.

At Omega, we’re a full-service MSP. That means we provide everything IT-related that you need to succeed, such as:

+ Are your technicians local to West Michigan?

Absolutely. Most of our technicians have spent their lives in West Michigan. In fact, West Michigan has been our home since Omega's founding in 1994.

+ Can you serve multiple locations inside and outside of Grand Rapids?

Yes! We’re happy to serve multiple locations, and many of our clients have more than one branch. Our on-site technicians will even visit each of your locations to perform a full setup of any new computers or other hardware we give you.

Will Omega provide us hardware, like computers?

Omega provides hardware (computers, monitors, deskphones, etc.) for clients who choose "Full" contracts.

We offer "Lite" and "Full" contracts to our clients. WIth Lite contracts, we only provide services. But with Full contracts, we'll also provide new equipment upfront.

If you're not sure if you need new equipment, contact us for a free IT audit and we'll give you a fair and balanced assessment.

As many times as you need. You will also have a dedicated client success team to set up regular maintenance, strategic technology reviews or any other I.T. related meetings.

+ Do you offer client references we can call?

Absolutely! We have a list of current VIPs that you can call to get a better idea of our service levels and what to expect. They are available upon request.

+ Will Omega work with our vendors?

100%. This is actually one of our most adored features. Simply because we are giving you or the person who normally deals with vendors their time back. We have created close relationships with countless number of vendors across multiple industries, many of which we have direct points of contact. Whenever you run into an issue with a vendor's software or hardware, simply submit a ticket with the details of what is going on and the Omega Service Desk will take care of it from there.
